PRIVACY POLICY

​This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.diffusionfashion.com (the “Site”). Personal information we collect

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Do not track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Shipping Policy

We despatch orders Monday to Friday. If you place an order over a weekend we will despatch on the Monday. All orders are sent using Royal Mail or DHL and collection is usually made around 3pm, so please be patient as your order will be despatched the next working day if we're unable to meet this collection time.
We offer free postage on all our orders in UK. Please check the postage cost if you are placing the order from outside United Kingdom.
We post worldwide so you can place an order with us globally.

Returns

RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns of purchases made online within 30 days of your original purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original labels still attached. 

To complete your return, we require details of your name and online order number.

If you chose to place your order over the phone then we will need your name and contact telephone number as we will need to process a refund manually and contact you to do so. 

Refunds  
Once your return is received the items will be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed promptly. We aim to process refunds by the close of play the following business day after receipt and a credit will automatically be applied using the original method of payment. We pride ourselves on refunding very quickly however please allow 5-7 working days after you receive an email notification that the refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. Unfortunately this is out of our control, but experience has shown that the funds are released almost immediately in most cases. 

If you paid by gift card the cost of the item will be refunded on to the gift card.

Please be advised we are only working Monday to Friday presently so refunds are only processed on those days. 

Exchanges  
If you would prefer to choose an alternative item, please return your original purchase and we will send out the replacement once we receive the returned item(s).  This is easier for us to process and as we don't have large quantities of each item it means you'll have a greater chance of being able to choose the item you wish.

To return your purchase, please mail the item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
